Website builds now check the result, and say when they could not
A finished website is checked before you see it, the design direction you chose is the one that gets built, and a build that fell back to a template says so instead of looking finished.
- Improvement·
Pull down to refresh on the client portal
On a phone or tablet, your clients can now pull down on their bookings, passes, wallet and other list pages to fetch the latest, the same way the apps already work.
- ImprovementPassesCheckoutBilling·
Flexible pass checkout now confirms the exact choice
Members can choose a Flexible pass allowance or option and see its published base amount immediately. The final action pauses briefly while Booking Bible confirms discounts, registration fees, VAT, validity, and the amount due with the server. An older quote is never shown as current after the choice changes.
- ImprovementPassesBillingPoint of Sale·
Flexible passes now include your full pass rules
When you build a Flexible pass, you can now configure the same relevant access and lifecycle rules as a standard pass. This includes VAT and registration fees, booking limits, shop eligibility, brand and location restrictions, extensions, digital access, network access, waitlist priority, and what clients see when their credits run out.
- ImprovementScheduleClasses·
Atomic recurring schedules and venue wall time
The primary web schedule editor now uses the same canonical series core as the admin API. A create or edit is one database transaction covering its template, rolling occurrence projection or recurrence reconciliation, booked/conflict confirmation, audit evidence, and durable notification obligation. A failed audit or any other database step rolls the whole mutation back; notification delivery can

Staff who can grant a loyalty price can now confirm a client’s current status without gaining access to venue-wide programme settings.
- Improvement·
Agree a membership price even when access starts in the past
When staff start a recurring membership from a past access date, they can now also agree a discounted rate for the full cycles ahead. Today’s past-start amount stays whatever they chose; the agreed price begins on the next full cycle.
