Company gift-card orders of 2–100 cards are now prepared as a single invoice-backed batch. If the buyer retries after a slow or interrupted response, BookingBible returns the same batch and codes instead of creating another order.

The batch stays tied to the selected venue, current gift price and company details. No card is activated until venue staff record the invoice payment. The confirmation page now says that the venue will arrange the invoice and asks the buyer to keep the codes private until payment is recorded.
